Default Lifting a 2005 Dodge dakota

Hey, ive been doing research on lift kits and the common theme seems to be that over 2 inch is bad and not to go 3 but what about 2.5 in the front? I bought the truck not knowing they are limited for lift options which is quite disappointing.

I found this that offers 2,2.5, and 3 inch lifts so would this work fine? has several options seems like the safest bet is 2 inch front 1.5 back any way to get the truck a bit taller or bigger though?

Any spacer will eventually cause issues. Install at your own risk.

A differential drop will assist with the CV angles but your ball joints and tie rod ends will suffer with any lift. the larger the left the more issues you will have and require more frequent changing of the parts, regardless of who you go with. custom suspension would be needed in order to get more height with different ball joints, and other related items.
