I'm assuming because it can be roll started that the fuel pump is working. Does it crank when you try to start it, or just click? When you replaced the battery, did you clean any corrosion off the terminal connectors? It's possible it could be a bad starter, or a bad connection to the battery.

Yes it will start. And yes the terminals were cleaned . Yesterday it had the tire pressure light on( all tires fne proper air ) and the this morning the oil light came on just did an oil change 4 days ago. 😑 I guess I could be the starter .

One thing you can try if you have someone to help that you trust, is to gently tap the starter with a wrench when trying to start. Sometimes a gentle shock will loosen the parts and it will start working again.

Check for voltage between your Battery negative terminal and a good clean ground on the engine block. Anything other than zero indicates the cable ground to the block is at fault. Assuming your terminals are clean, and the cable is good. I think it's your starter, but you should do this check anyway.
