Anyone happen to know if the battery cables are the same from 2007 to 2008, 4.7 engine?

I know there are obviously differences of some parts, and the battery cable part numbers changed in 2008 from the 05-07 part numbers.

 

I can check next time I'm around an 05-07, but I'm pretty sure they are the same. All the major parts are in the same place, so there shouldn't be any difference in length of the cables. Maybe some minor change to insulation, wire gauge, or the connectors. A different part number doesn't always mean it's incompatible sometimes it's just a slight revision.

 

Looking at the wiring pictures, they look almost identical. I'm only really concerned with the connections, but I guess that could be corrected easy enough.
I'll follow up if i give it a shot...
