Ya, I tugged and tugged... finally got a rag put a flathead behind it, and pried it off, to my luck the screwdriver slipped and I smashed myself in the face with it.

So I got my bulbs in. No Pics yet though. By the way, there is no need to remove the headlight assembly. If you have long enough arms, you can just reach up in behind the bumper in front of the fenderwell, and just twist and pull out of assembly, the wiring is long enough to where you can disconnect the bulb from there.

So you must have long arm's right cause you pulled them out laying on your back going behind the bumper, i guess i really didnt try that, just changed my front turn signal's like that, i put the silver star's in, there a deeper yellow and have a multi colored look when there off, they do look cool though, too all you guy's dont buy silver star fog lamp's they dont last that long, i had them and had to put my stock fog's back in lol.

Frenchy, where did you get the center bezel in the texture mat instead of the silver satin in my 06? Was that standard in 05? I like that so much better than the shiny silver satin of my 06. If anyone wants to trade for the 05 center bezel (faceplate) I'm game.

SORRY. Yours is a 06. So I'm really confused. Is that something that comes with the sport group? I wanted to change mine with a carbon fiber overlay but I like the mat finish. Now your going tell is I'm seeing things and the camera did that.

I tried that route first but arms just wouldn't fit, plus I was afraid I would get hand greese on them so I ended up using a 25 torque wrench.there was only three of them & w/ a lil pulling the lens just poped off.

I ment to mention in my last reply, that these bulbs are brighter "by Hue" not by candle power (so don't be mislead) that these are more candle power they are a change in hue and it Blue which is a cleanr looking color vs the warmer tone on our trucks, these and newer cars/trucks lights are about 60,000-65,000 candle power @ 55 Watts and burn temp is around 4,000 degrees& driving lights/fog lamps are @ 45-55 Watts our Daks are 45 Watts as stated in our manual. Our headlamps are 55Watts.
HID's are a wopping 225,000 candle power @ 35 watts and burn temp is around 6,ooo degrees.
