It's tonneau so you know for future reference. As for are there any that fit the 3rd gen Dakotas? Yes, there are. Baumble Bee has a black 05 Dak with one that's color matched on it.
Your best bet is to simply browse various manufacturers and find on you like. A.R.E. is a decent brand and pretty reasonably priced. You can also consider going with one of those that simply rolls up and lays even with the bed.

Ive looked and cant fin find one. Dodge website says it sells color matched ones but only PN avail is for silver. Been too lazy to call or ask when ive been over there, maybe i will tommrow
I just ordered a fiberglass tonneau cover and BedRug this past weekend for a 2006 QC. I ordered from A.R.E. - LSII. Probably paid too much for the convenience, i.e. the shop is close, but $850 installed.
$850 is a great price for the A.R.E LSII - I'm in Long Island, and I priced it out - over $1000 for the LSII for my 05 Dakota. I believe the cover comes carpet lined too, which is nice.
I don't know much about fiberglass covers myself except that they were expensive when I looked, but I highly recommend the Versa Cover hard polymer tonneau if you're interested in another option.
I have one on my 05 Quad-cab and I love it! It comes in gloss Black and looks factory...
I believe it can be painted but it has a slightly textured finish.
It is really light and super strong; it can easily be removed if you need an open bed for hauling. I'd guess mine weighs between 30 and 40lbs.
It also locks closed if you go shopping and want to put stuff in the back! Best of all it installs with no drilling!!! (It clamps on)
Mine even has a light; it's a couple of leds (with button type batteries) molded into the cover above the tail gate.
I didn't even know it came with one and was almost blinded when I first pushed the little red button. [8D]
Anyways the little light leds do come in handy when you just need enough light to see the bed.
I was impressed by the design and it has held up well over the winter here in Upstate NY, and I don’t hesitate to recommend them!
I paid around $600.00 or so with tax at a local truck accessory shop...
I just thought you might like to know about this cover before you buy. If you're set on a permanent mounted fiberglass cover... disregard this.
Otherwise you can get a look at the Versacover here; Versacover or Undercover
Anyway, I hope you find exactly what you're looking for.
p.s. I can get some pics of mine if you need them... I don't have any now with the tonneau on but I could take a few. (my truck is dirty though and I'm not proud of that)

in another couple of months my buddy who works for leer says the 800 series fiberglass tonneau will be available for our trucks. they put out the first edition for the full size first. also if you go back to your dealership were you bought your truck it is mandatory by dodge to give their clients 10 % off of there purchase

I ordered one through Dodge and It's a folding tonneau cover. I like it and it locks at both ends of the bed. The only down fall that I've come across is that with black it gets sooooooooooo damn hot during the summer days when the sun is out and high. I paid $740 plus labor.
a company called LT Bed covers is coming out with an aluminum one that is only about 65 lbs and is removable. it is only 1/8 of an inch around the edges and sits one top of the bed rails. real clean look, ive seen them on rams and they are killer.
Dekalb, I have been vaccilating back and forth on an ARE cover because of the limited "headroom". Since all of the new 5 day ice chests have thicker lids these days, it looks like they will be a real snug fit (if at all) with some of the tonneau covers. ARE looks to have the most room (3" over the bedrail according to the dealer), but it still looks close. Have you put any ice chests in your truck, and if so what kind i.e. 80 qt igloo, etc. Thanks.
