4.7 Dakota 1/4 mile, 0-60 times?
Hey guys, I'm STILL debating on what to get when i graduate. I've now replaced the rcsb 5.3 silvy vs. rcsb hemi ram with 4.7 (HO?) dakota club cab vs. rcsb hemi ram, lol. Anyway, I hear the rcsb hemi rams can break into the 14's with the right conditions? My question is how fast will the V8 Dakotas accelerate? My truck doesn't have near enough power (dakota 3.9 5spd), do you think it would keep up with the stratus r/t coupes? Any 1/4 mile or 0-60 times with mods list would be very appreciated. Thanks guys.
i ran consistant 17.4's with only exhaust and intake on a 85 degree afternoon.... its also a 4x2 quad cab
....oh and thats at 3625 altitude...which really slows it does, so subtract -.6 off that for sea level altitude and its about 16.8

if you want serious speed, stay away from a truck.
Not that its impossible, its just harder to achieve since you are starting with such a heavy vehicle to begin with.
If you can shell 50+ grand, go with a Ram SRT-10. Exactly.
I think that people who buy trucks usually dont buy it cuz of the speed.
