mitzu raider
just got back from memorial day at the park. and a mitzu raider pulled up. sadly to say it wasnt long before he saw tail lights. traffic light to traffic light. my god those trucks are a load. needless to say after 5 runs he had to pull over due to a over heating problem
Trust me when I tell you that if he had trouble keeping up,it was due to factors well beyond the badges on the truck. My Raider performs dead on with its chassis mate. Basically think of it as a Dakota with a bodykit.

The Raider is the exact same truck as the Dakota....just with a different dog house and better ground effect kit. They dont however get the H.O. 4.7L motor that the Dakota gets....
You are right they don't have the HO, Dodge wouldn't let them have it. Actually when they first wanted to make the Raider, Dodge would only let them have the V6, so Dodge could be the only midsize with optional V8. I guess they decided it was ok, because on Mitsu's web site they list it as the only midsize import with optional V8

Yeah, would've been pretty sweet to have the 4.7 HO as an option. Still feels good to be a part of the family, even if it is in a roundabout way. Oddly enough, due to the trucks roots, can't seem to get much love from other Mitsu owners.
