I decided to add tweeters to my existing factory radio installation. I didn't put in the infinity tweeters like snobrdrdan did. I was looking for a little cheaper one's. I found these on the web for $17.45 a pair rated 200 watt. Just adding these made a huge improvement in the quailty output of the factory radio. It took me about 1½ hours today to do this.

Captain
Nice job man!!
I had a pair of those same tweeters in my '02 Dakota (back about 4 years ago)....they do the same job!
I had aftermarket Infinity door speakers in all 4 doors on my truck (up until about 3-4 months ago), but ditched them and went back to the stock speakers because they were putting out the highs too good (in addition to the tweeters) and was giving me a headache.
The stock speakers are okay though (since they're 2 ohms) for my setup since the tweeters bring out the highs and the sub puts out the bass...I love my setup
