Default Multiple Dash Lights On!!!

Weeks ago i said my front passenger brake was makin noise, so i let it go, thought it would go away and now the other day after work the ABS and the BRAKE light come on, well setup a apt. to get that checked out but not till wednesday, well after work another light came on it was the ENGINE light, its called the MIL or Malfunction Indicator Light that light is for the emissions and part of the engine control system, it was'nt blinking thats a good thing i guess from what i'm told. So now i got it in right away on sat. Has anybody else out there had any of these problems and what would cause all these light's to come on, i havent really touched the truck only put a new drop in K&N filter in thats it,could something be wrong with the computer. The truck has 16,000 + miles 05 3.7 V6 Laramie, oh yeah now im in a dodge caravan, (what a ride) lol, till i get my truck back, I knew i should of kept my 04 Mustang GT V8. lol.

a lot of times if you get gas at mom and pop shops this will tell you bad fuel. i have heard that vstations are mixing water with there gas. also if your gas cap is not secure this will cause the emissions light to go on. telling computer there is a vapor leak in the system
