Window seals on 05-06 dakotas

Window seals on 05-06 dakotas
So somehow my window seals/moldings, on the bottom of the front windows (where your arm would rest if you put your arm out the window) got all chewed up like somthing rough scraped across it. They were $25 bucks a pop to get new ones. Does anyone know how these come off? If i pull up on them from the rear with enough force will they just pop off and i can pop the new ones on? Does anyone know?

If it's the one's on the outside.....you just pop them off just as you stated and pop the new one right back on. Just make sure you use some pressure when installing them, until you hear them snap in place.

Well I did it. all ou have to do is take them off from the outside with the windows rolled up. just get a plstic wedge and start fromt e back and give it a pop and you will unclip it, proceed with this all the way to the side view mirror and it comes right off, the new one just pops right on.
