I don't think it's 6500 pounds..... Granted my dad's full size Quad Cab 2500 Ram weighs only 6200 pounds

Tell them how it is Frenchy!!! I joined this discussion board to get some HELPFUL tips and mods for my 2005 Dakota. This excessive whinning and complaining stuff sucks. Lets talk about the positive features of the Daks.

Seriously. I have nothing to complain about. I have ZERO brake shudder.... zero tranny klunk (go 6spd) and no other problems.
Shh don't say that... somthing always happens when you say stuff like this...LOL

I joined this forum to get tips and hints on mods and maybe to ask how people are fixing any issues they have nothing else. I have complaints yes but I still love my truck.

I can honestly say I have been a little disappointed with the few issues I've had with my 06, my 02 was flawless. I am still very happy with my purchase though and looking forward to what the Dak's will have in about 3-4 years when I am ready for another one.

I'm hoping they make a Dak with a hemi to save me the trouble of doing it meself in a couple of years.

That's crazy that the Dak is sooo heavy My D is like 5,500 and I have the big boy 5.9 in it. Also I'm gonna start bitching now with this. What the hell were they thinking with not making the hemi an available option on the new dak's? That's REEETTTTAARRDDDEEEDDD! No but really there's no option for that huh?
