I heard for 07 Jeep is coming out with a diesel Cherokee,the diesel Liberty was a test run to see the public response and now they dropped it from the Liberty because the diesel engine couldn't meet the higher emmision standards.Didn't the 4.7 first show up in the Cherokee?

Back in 1999, the 4.7L showed up in the Grand Cherokee (followed by the Dakota/Durango in 2000, and the Ram in 2002).

Yep and no Flex Fuel for the HO either. I was hoping the HO would have this admenity since the replacement 07 will be another HO. I guess no Plus grade Flex and that would make sence.
