Don't get me wrong. I felt the increase, even spun my rear wheels on wet concrete. The thing is, the power on AWD is transfered differently so you don't have any wheel slippage on take off. When I can afford to pay for a Dyno, I'll be able to tell.

Here's the link to the site I was talking about that tested the Jet Chip on the 4.7L: http://www.rpmoutlet.com/dodged.htm. I'm also looking at what the box said on the Airaid and then I'm also going by what the old guy told me when I bought my exhaust. Like I said, in bold letters, about.

ORIGINAL: DakotaStone

I saw a dyno test on a 2005 dak 4.7L last year that ran about 176hp at the wheels and about, and I'm guessing, 240+tq. That was an online video clip on a person who was about to put in a new CAI.

With my exhaust (MagnaFlow 15hp/25tq), Jet I chip(18hp/20tq (I read on a website in which I have on my home laptop)), and CAI (Airaid 10hp/15tq (not sure if that was correct, it's been a while)), I'm figuring about 50hp/60tq at the wheels. I don't notice that much of a difference since I have AWD.

I'll try and send the website link later if anybody wants it. They tested the Jet I chip on a 4.7L and it had some good numbers.

Yeah it doesn't work that way, you don't just add up hp for each component. If you have the exhaust and the CAI they work together and compliment each other and will add some but defintely not the full ratings of 25hp/40 ft lb's combined like you think. You might be lucky to get 15hp out of both of them together plus another 10hp for the chip, if you got 25hp out of those three things I would be surprised. If you made an extra 50hp and 60 ft lb's you would definitely notice it AWD or not, heads and cam generally can't even get near that number.

Stock I didn't want come off like I'm peeing on Stones parade, I wasn't holding you to that 50hp claim Stone if you're getting half that,to me would be pretty good,I just thought it to be very liberal estimate.

Honestly I skipped over your post and didn't even read what you had written, it wasn't until I read your last post that I saw where I basically said the same thing as you about the heads and cam. Former LS1 owner so heads and cam are just in my brain I guess.
