here is my pics of the 195 stat on the left and the 180 stat that has not been modified yet with my chip. simple to make the notch. use a file and as far as the air bleeder drill a small hole or just leave it the way it is.also dont ruin the gasket you will need to use it again, my 180stat is a napa # 530080
