According to the receit, they didnt do anything. If they performed any TSB's, they would have to document it on the receit, expecaly if they want to get paid by DCX.

 

the service ticket indicates they were checking for the engine noise when the truck was warm. Is that when you told them it made the noise? Mine and anyone else I have read about on this forum who have the noise is at startup.

 

Seriously haven’t you guy had enough abuse yet from your Daks DH dealers? I’m not saying Ford and GM are any better but this is crazy and what should had been a cool and exciting experience of owning a new truck is anything but. I’m still waiting for the 07s ordering so I can get my replacement but hell their still pushing 06 inventory and no 07s yet to be had. Do I believe the 07s made improvements over the last two years? Nope I don’t have any faith that DH did anything to correct the problems of the passed two model years.

it makes the noise when it is warm, when it is cold itis muffled. It is most noticable when next to a building like a drive threw.

 

that sounds like something as simple as a belt problem...that been checked out? and i dont mean by the dealer.
when i got my new truck they made a checklist of all the stuff they did and it was bull****...like usual. ive had to do a lot of maintenence that shouldnt be done for miles to come. so yah...if u know what ur doing...check out some things urself, get some engine cleaner too.
