Default t-stat help

i got my jet chips t-stat. i know it fits cuz i paid 20 extra bucks like an idiot instead of modding an older one. but anyways...i forgot to think about what to do once i got it. i have no idea where my stock one is or how to trade them out. any one got some detailed notes?

T'stat is located where your lower radiator hose goes into the block. Do a drain off from the radiator into a clean pan. Drain plug spigot is at the bottom back of the radiator. Additional a'freeze will come out of the hose when you disconnect the t'stat housing so make sure the pan is in place. If the fluid in the pan looks clean reuse it.
