tail light out
im not a retard i know this is a simple fix...i just want to know if this has happened to any one else.
my orange 'headlight' looking light came on, right under the spedometer. i looked it up in the manual and it says 'indicates when headlights are one'. what the heck does that mean?! anyways my turn signal was double flashing so i knew a flasher was out, and its my left tail light. it works when the headlights are on but when i brake it doesnt get any brighter.
if you look at your tail lights from the side you can see two filiments, one is for night lights, the other is for turning and braking. is there any way to repair this with out getting a new light? i dont want two different looking tail lights. i just wana fix that filiment.

Easy fix for the filament: Take the flux capacitor and solder it to the lower end of the center filament. After applying 24 volts for 10 seconds, close your eyes and count to three, blow gently and the weld will be strong enough to take the current. Completely fixed.
Or, buy two new matching lamp bulbs for the taillamps. Either way would work.

do what i did, go to the dealer at night and open up the tail gate, remove whole light assembly and bam there you go. new bulbs and spares to boot.. but really it would be just hassle free to purchase a set. keep one on hand because you know the other is about to crap out
i fixed it no big deal....4 dollars for 2. kinda dumb that they crap out at 30K.
anyways has anyone looked at the manual under number 23 in the dashboard light section? it says that the lightbuld lookin light with the exclamation point means "headlights are on" but it means headlight is broken....thats messed up
