Anyone have a 3" Body Lift?
Does anyone have a 3" body lift on their 3rd gen Dakota? If so, how much did it cost you? Are you able to do it yourself or have a mechanic shop do it for you? Also, how do you level the truck? I dont want my front end dipping down like it does,
any info is great! Thanks!

trailmaster has a leveling kit which is solid billet blocks that bring the front up about 205 to make it level with the rear and the way i drive i was worried but even with my heavy left foot no problem. as for the body lift you have to look around and if you know what you are doing around a shop and have some friends to help for heavy lifting such as cab and bed you can do it yourself
okie cool! I'll look into those leveling blocks....with the body kit I think i'll go to a shop and have them do that, rather not have 6 guys in my garage lifting my cab and bed 3" up to put in some blocks haha
i just loosen the bolts and take one side out and put the floor jack under and jack it up put the blocks in let it down and move to the other side ive done 2 body lifts by myself it wasnt to bad just time consuming by yourself
yeah...i dont have that kind of stuff at home...i just have my stock jack and a mechanics set to unscrew stuff and install things that dont need heavy lifting...such as the entire cab of my truck haha!
