OK the hood scoop ufortunantly is just decorative and mounts on top o the SLT hood. I tried to get the dealership to order me a new hood off the r/t and paint it but they claimed it wouldn't work. Still not sure about that one. It looks sharp except for a couple things that bother me but i wont point those out. lol.
The tonneau cover is the Extang Tuff Tonneau III Cover . It is a soft roll up cover I got from Autoanything.com. I used to like the look of the snaps on the soft covers but not anymore!!

 

Yea thats what it is,the RT hood is just a stock hood with a non functional scoop bolted on,I've seen the scoopfrom time to time on eBay,it's kinda of sad nowthe RT package on the Dakota is just cosmetics.but it doesn't matter much to me I lean toward the sleeper look myself,,,,,welcome aboard.

 

Now see I didn't know that. If they had simply said that...I would have understood.

 

Welcome aboard. I was thinking about getting a whole new hood for my truck, but I think I'm going to settle on a non functional scoop. I wanted it to be functional, but I might have to make a few adjustments later to make it happen.

 

Originally I wanted mine to be functional as well..but well I settled for looks instead.
