i ordered that kit from hornblaters 400.00 have yet to install waiting until spring. dont want the sand and salt to get all over them just yet

Lol, I wanna do this as well. Maybe I'll get them powdercoated so they don't rust due to the sand and what have you.

Just spray them with a rattlecan of clearcoat, or any other color. Just make sure to apply several coats and you won't have a problem. I have seen this video many times, but it always cracks me up.
