That is really crappy, I agree with lil though, they are probably out riding it to see if they are better.

Did you pay attention to your mileage before you brought it in? I remember a longggggg time ago, my parents brought my moms Durango into a dealer in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti MI area, well my mom ALWAYS notes the mileage whenever something is worked on it.... well we got it back and there was like 100 more miles on it...

Needless to say, she wasn't that happy.

And apology accepted.

Finally got the truck back...workorder says replaced front struts and rear shocks...truck rides great now...couldnt be happier!!!

So was it a big ordeal getting the dealer to replace the struts & shocks? I got the same truck only it's not the r-t. That's even worse that the sporty model comes with crap for shocks & springs. It if really fixed it maybe I'll go see the dealer. I was just afraid if they got changed out the new ones would just be more of the same junk[:@]

And it really does ride better....but that could just mean my old ones were broken.....
