yes I was joking
and the 88's are throttle body injection. these old trucks can take a beating. and when your in the mud, its all about the tires. I have 2 tires that are knobby as hell. and I put them on the back when I'm playin in the mud. and I use them as winter tires.

the driver is the biggest part. and I seem to think if you dont care about your truck that much, you can make it through alot more stuff too.
I've made it through some stuff I wouldnt even attempt with my 99
but mud kills trucks. I had a 85 ford bronco with a 8" lift up on 36". and that thing would make it through anything. it was in good shape till I started off roading every weekend and making my own trails. I dont take any of my truks off road anymore. it's getting to expensive to fix.

Mudd not as hard on trucks as spinning dirt to pavement. I watched a kid spin dirt to pavement and he spun over some rail road tracks that were just past the dirt. kinda funny watching his driveshaft sitting on the road.
