Bars were easy bolt on's. They help with my 8year old climbing in/out. I would have gotten the black ones, but was talked outta it b/c they'll pit/rust much faster than stainless.

Stripe, I had a body shopput them on. If it were summer (warm), maybe I would have tried myself, using the "wet" method. From Klingdesigns.com....He's here on the forum, under the "decal's thread.
