well the thing is...i really don't wanna change my muffler. i love the sound i have plus...everything is welded so i would have to get a little bit more piping and the muffler...i mean its not a huge deal to do it all, just unnecessary. i think i might go for the headers tho and WORSE FOR WORSE, i can always change the muffler to a 50 series if its way too loud. thats wat i love with exhausts, you can always quite em down if needed.

I think the wing looks good on it. I'd lower it, then I'd stick on the SRT10 rep wheels on it, get the normal hood scoop, and it'll look like the SRT10 (mini) style... of course.

i dont like the wing. i screwed up on my cover but thats ok. the x 2000 has the lip at the tail which i kinda like but the a.r.e. lo pro thats on my truck i love. as for a hard cover it is still easy to access the bed and if i want to haul any big stuff i have a utility trailer. plus mine is a 4 x 4 without the stickers. did not like the way they were. aiting until spring to get my decals. dont know if i am going viynal or have them painted on. but they will definetly go all around the back end. sided and on top of cover.

virused originally said- the wing does absolutely nothing for performance and ispurely for looks

i was thinking about it the other day, the extra weight does give the back tires better traction. now i don't have to put any sandbags in it during the winter or even when it rains.

its not like the wing weighs 100 lbs. probaly 12 to 15 if that. so you still might want a sand bag or two .

i meant the whole cover, lol

One thing about the truck bed cover that i really like is the effect it causes. since it makes the back look higher and makes the front appear lower. its not a real stance, but when looking at it from the side it makes it look like a muscle car stance. Another side note to anyone looking at A.R.E covers, they give you a lifetime warranty on the paint and structure of the cover. along with 3 years on the hardware.
