The only way that this would be worthwhile is if you want to keep the forward raked look of you truck intact while still having it higher. The Dakota (and most trucks) are front tire size limited, meaning thatyou can put larger tires in therear than you can in the front. This is not really an option with a 4x4 vehicle unless you are willing to do some serious gear changes. The trailmaster website states that with their 2" level kit you can fit 33" tires. With a 2" block in the rear you will not be able to fit larger tires than 33 because of the fronts. Besides, I am not sure of the integrity ofthe front diff and whether it can handle tires larger than 33". Does anyone know what front diffs the 3rd gen Daks use?
