Hey Jimboscomp, I was wondering if you used the fuse box to wire all the lights up. I am just starting to rip stuff apart on my dak and i am planning on putting lights on but i want to fuse them so theyare protected. I was just wondering if there was a wiring harness that you can use to plug into one of the fuse blocks, or if you spliced them yourself and if you did what size wires are you using. Thanks Nick

haha no kidding huh... What I did to wire them is I actually had 2 switches in the cab allready for my old lights that were on the bumper (one switch for roof one for bumper). I bought a 60 amp fuse a while back that was inside a fuse holder on 8 guage wire, which leads directly from the battery. This goes into 2 relays, which are hooked up inside my cab on the switches (pics on my cardomain page). I am thinking of rewiring it though to 4 relays with 4 switches, one switch for middle, one for outside, for both sets. Frenchy and I have an idea about that one when we meet this summer, but Dakota Joe dont you dare tell them the idea!

Wire Sizes:
From battery to fuse: 8 guage
From fuse to distribution block: 8g
Fuse block to lights: 14g for 2 lights
Fuse size: 60 amps
Light Amps: 4.5 - 5 amps/light.

I am connecting them this weekend, if I feel better, I think i'm just exhausted from today, drove 2.5 hours to work, worked all day, then drove another 3 hours to get home (Orange County to western side of LA county at 4-6pm: NOT FUN TRAFFIC!) I'll get pics of the setup when I'm done ok!

BTW if yall need any relays, I bought 10, i'm using 4, so...if you need one, I have 6 leftover...
