As far as laying down carbon fiber... I would ask them. I have yet to see a shop around me that will do it. They dont even like fiberglass around here. I do carbon fiber work with dashes and trim stuff at the shop... it is basicly the same as fiberglass, but the resin is clear and sets super quick. The mat its self is basicly a carbon fiber weave... and it is extremely hard to get right now... due to airbus and the military using over 75% of what the manufacturers are able to produce anually... I will look for a link on the carbon fiber shortage...
