You could always get a Tonneau cover, tinting the windows, adding vinyls, getting headlight and or tailight covers, and of course the obvious changing the rims. Personally I'm trying to find headlight and tailight covers right now, atleast decently priced headlight and tailight covers.

you might want to look into geting the frt bumper chrome piece like what my truck has. a good piece for some stylining. i am also looking into getting the frt bumper painted the same color of truck. and a bilette grille

This is what I did for the cosmetics of the truck... so far: Get a mesh grille to replace that ugly black plastic crap; put a chrome bug sheild on, gives the nose a bigger look; get a chrome gas door; chrome exhaust tip; vinyl decals for the back of the truck; tonneau cover; rear mud guards with the dodge emblem onthem(paint to match);and of course the window tinting, that you already did.
When I'm ready for more, I'm going to try and work on the interior. I want to get the visors embroidered with the trucks name, like Super (left) Dakota (right)(since that's what my decals say) and get the chrom door guards that say Dakota from Dodge. And if I can afford it, I'm going to try and put in the suede lining in the middle of the seats with the Super Dakota embroidered on them.
