Hello guysi am about to install an after market oil and volts gauge but i dont know where to install the oil sensor any ideas ? thanks

 

No idea, but where are you mounting the gauges, and pics to follow perhaps?

 

I would think the oil Gauge would connect to the oil sending unit. In some cases you must remove the sensor and replace with the new style.

 

Thanks for your replies guys, the factory oil sensor ismounted next to the oil filter on the V8 Dakota’s, so I went to auto zone and I bought a brass tee with and done! The gauges look bad ***! and I will be posting pics 2nite or tomorrow!
