My Sons truck was doing something similar, 10-30 sec before it would turn over, he took it to the dealership 9 times, and they found nothing, then he took it to a garage, and they found the problem, it was the starter.

 

Wow, that's messed up beyond belief... I'd have to agree with everyone else, and get that looked at ASAP!!!!!
