What can i do to my dakota (3.7 v6) to make if faster?

 

strap a jet engine to the bed. not much going on with the 6 bangers. a nice cam kit will do the trick

 

What kind of weight reduction are you talking about?

 

Buy a universal turbo kit. The rest of the stuff, exhaust, intake, chip, tune, etc probably won't get you where you want. Would have been cheaper in the long run to get the V8.Although stock, not too many members seem tobe happy with either.

 

In my case V6 was the only thing I could get...atleast with a 6-spd, can't afford a full priced truck...that and I didn't want to order one, so I had to go used and I didn't have a choice on what I got if I wanted a 6-spd manny...so yeah.
