My fuel tank became a blowhole and would spit gas after I filled it. There are two threads in the second generation Durango section about it,

Back on topic, does the Citadel come with AWD with a 4x4 option?

You do realize that with the 2011's birth the D as we know it is officially pronounced dead. Gone is the Durango's status as a True Full Size SUV due to the elimination of the full box frame.

Goodbye Durango, we have loved you and will remember you fondly.

In case you didn't guess, I don't like the 2011 Station Wagon that Dodge is trying to pass off as a Durango.

Well I guess you better tell Motorweek and the pundits and the voting public your opinion. Then run over to the Dodge Trophy case and take the award away from them.

I've had every generation of Durango. (trade up every couple years) I had a good look at the 2011's. Don't like them,,, here's why.
1'st and foremost, dodge went to a uni-body construction. Not as solid as previous GEN's. Low ground clearences for an SUV. The interior cubic feet is smaller. I'm a big guy, I sit in the seat and I feel really cramped.
It seems that they are going after the luxury market rather than the SUV market with this one. I feel I have to be wearing a suit to sit in it. Grant you, it's a very nice luxurious car, but seriuosly, for the average working family with pets??? This car's not for me. I think I'll be driving my 09 till it dies. Sorry for the downer, just my opinion.

My wife will not allow me to trade my 2007 (I had a 2003 before) in for the New Durango. If it ever comes out with the 6.1 or the almighty 6.4, the 2007 will be gone. It is smaller, but I am short so it will fit me better, but I agree that the unibody is 'weaker' than the box frame,
