Trailer hitch question

I have the V6 model and want to put a trailer hitch on but I also want duel exhaust. The receiver package comes with a new bezel and I was wondering if the Hemi Bezel will fit on a V6 model.

Would like to know if anyone had an opinion? for a Hitch or dual exhaust on V^ model that did not come with a Hitch option.
