If the durango is left unlocked for a period of time without the key fob around it does it automatically lock the doors? Reason this is urgent is because I'm about to fly out and can't remember if I locked my truck and if it doesn't auto lock I want someone to come down and lock it... Thanks in advance!

Looks like the new D doesn't have that feature coz' I've observe it one time it didn't do it after leaving it unlock in my garage for an extended amount of time....kinda dumb not having that feature only when you are driving above 15 mph it engages the auto lock. Now everytime I get off the D I have to get used to engage locking it through the FOB or the door button. My Acura TSX and the old Honda Odyssey van has the auto lock feature which I am used to just close the door and leave. Well I suggest have a relative run to the airport and lock your doors!

Figured I would update you guys on my issue. You all were very correct about the doors not automatically locking. I dropped my car off at a lot on Friday morning and returned from the Keys at midnight tues. To find that my car was still unlocked. But more importantly UNTOUCHED! THANK GOD! I tried to have several people run down to the airport and lock my car for me but was unsuccessful. Thanks again for all your help guys!
