So I have had my truck for over 3 weeks now and I am getting sick of dealing with the dealer and the case managers at dodge support. On day one I noticed my tailgate handle was black and not dark charcoal pearl like my truck... Just this week the dealer calls me and says that dodge does not make that part to color match the vehicle. Even when I showed them the black and white durangos on their lot have matching handles. And dodge support just says they go by what the service manager tells them. I obviously need to take this somewhere up the ladder of dodge. Anyone know any info that might help? Thanks in advance!
