Default C&D Write-up

The latest Car and Driver compared the Durango to the new Explorer and the Honda Pilot.

Bottom line: the Durango spanked both of them

Here's the article if anyone wanted to read it. Pretty long, but it's typical of car and driver's reviews, very good.

Sweet. Seriously looked at Explorer and came out of 1st Gen Pilot. We thought the current Pilot is butt ugly.

Looked at the Explorer, the ride is stiff imo, don't like the driving position, the front styling is a turn off for me. Coming from a Honda family, checked out the Pilot the styling looks dated and somehow wind/road noise is noticeable just like some of the other Honda's I previously owned. What impressed me with the Durango is the great driving position, sporty but quiet comfortable ride (must have been that Mercedes Benz borrowed underpinnings), nice/simple nav instrument controls and beautiful all around styling.

+1. I almost pulled the trigger on an Exp but am much happier with the D.
