Don't own a Durango but i have experience driving one, and i can say its a wonderful car.
Its a shame its going to be discontinued after 2015 :/

I was at dealer this weekend and they had no knowledge (at least they claimed) that it was being discontinued.. Is it really over? Are they in fact being discontinued? Doesn't make sense as they seem to be selling lot of them... In fact I thought I heard in 2017 they were getting a "refresh"?

I'm not sure of this site's rules for referring to other sites so I won't post links. They are not being discontinued. I have someone on here told me the 2016 order banks open Oct. 26 with production beginning the end of November. Another site had someone that's posted the new model year's particular's in advance of the press release for every year since 2013. He just posted details of the 2016 models.
The general consensus seems to be that 2016 is real and that 2017 will be a full-up redesign. I'm not a source in the know so to speak but I've gotten this independently from three different sources so it's probably as good as it'll get for the internet until they actually issue a press release.

About the Durango, i read on a couple of places that its going to be discontinued. Oh well, i really hope that they wont discontinue it. Really love that model. And it will be a really peculiar decision if they decide to discontinue a vehicle that is selling pretty well.
One thing is for sure though, that the Durango future is not certain.

Was close to considering a Durango over a new Canyon but the diesel option in the Canyon won me over. However, I love these new durangos. Any chance they will be getting the ecodiesel? I mean...if the grand Cherokee got it...
