My wife and I have programmed the settings for the radio, seat etc to each of our preferences. Works well except that sometimes our Sirius presets do not stick or get erased. Not every day but once or twice a week.

Any ideas on what's going on?

Also, the default weather is for Waukegan, where we bought the car. I cannot change to Chicago Metro area as default and have to set that as a favorite.

Any ideas on that one, too?
