Funny, my one-year free subscription expires. I called to renew the day before it expires and the radio works fine but now the icon is red not green.
I sent a signal to refresh online but it has still not changed to green.
Any ideas? Calling Sirius is a pain. The rep on the phone understands English but I cannot understand them!

Got my 12k service today. The indicator is now green. I forgot to mention the red/orange indicator to the service advisor, I guess the computer scan threw a code and they fixed it.
Really enjoy the D. Has been a flawless vehicle so far. Great family vehicle...took to Kentucky in July. Very pleased.

Interesting...
My icon has always been yellow. Then some two weeks ago it suddenly changed to green. However, I do not see any change in NAV functionality. No traffic functions are available. Beats me...
