Headliner Question
Are all the durango headliners made so rough. I was cleaning out the interior, and I noticed that the front of the headliner that meets the windshield has some exposed uneven sides, and there is also a gap that is exposed from the side of the passenger side. Is this normal Dodge or was mine just F-up

I have heard of a couple of headliners that needed some slight fixes but nothing like you describe. I agree with the above poster that this should be brought to the dealers attention the next time you are in there. They should be able to resolve your issue for you. It is definitely not normal.
Took the Durango to the Dealer this Morning since it had a rattle and balance issues, the dealer said there is nothing wrong with the headliner and that is the way all the headliners come. Spoke to the manager, and he said that Dodge would never replace it with it only looking like that. Terrible Dealer, Corporate will not help. Very Disapointed
Dude, it just sounds like you're getting the shaft from your dealer. I'd try and locate a different one if possible and see what they say. I'm starting to get the feeling that this rattle issue and headliner problem is proving to be a little more common than I like. I hope mine isn't messed up when it gets here.
