I had to lay on my horn the other day when some a-h made a u-turn on a freeway entrance ramp (I believe it was a gray-hair). After my first long blast, the horn went dead. And as far as I could tell (I tested it once or twice) it stayed dead until I re-started the car. Any thoughts on how or why this happened?
