With YouTube, Google, etc... you should be able to find hundreds of DIY how to sites and videos that can do a good job at teaching you how to wash and wax correctly.

The guy was concerned over REAL swirls, very much like those seen on a piece of **** neglected vehicle. Not on a brand new one, taken care of and someone simply looking for a good wax to keep it looking that way. There is simply no reason to scare them away with fear.

Take these words to heart, The Enemy of Good is Perfect.

Nothing is Perfect, plenty of things however can be very very good without mumbo jumbo, spook this spook that and the panic that getting off the couch will result in being hit by a car.

I just dont get it why you always chime in and open your trap saying what you do is always the best and what everyone else recommends is always wrong.

You have done it to me a couple times now and now jumping on Tonys case

Open up that wallet and buy a D3 and show us what you would do with it as hearing about this awesome D1 in here is getting a little old.

Yes I posted a non D3 Durango for results using my Corvette. I would have used my Durango but its Stone White. Kinda hard to show results on White.

Just my rant for the day.

If I recall correctly, the only dismay I can recall from you Sire is that you had a lot of talk related to a double din stereo setup on a Gen1. Since you pointed out I am a Gen1 person, and the Gen1 is well within my realm of expertise, I let you know a double din stereo setup is rare in the Gen1 and usually best left to 1.5 Din or simple flip-out setups. Convinced I was wrong, you disagreed and showed that you know all even though for some reason you had initially asked for input. About that time elsewhere someone had just finished a custom setup where they cut in a double DIN on the Gen1. It was a lot of work and in the end looked very good. You dismissed their efforts and decided you were somehow going to do it better. You you you. And now I get the heat for that? You can build it bigger, faster, better, stronger... **** off Steve Austin.

And to think I was agreeing with you on the use of a polishing unit to aid in waxing. Maybe you should read and reread before opening your pie hole. FWIW, all I was saying is that I don't have a Porter Cable, I have the Griotts machine. For You your Majesty... your Porter Cable is likely a better unit.

And what I have to say isn't "always best"... just usually correct. Let me know when you catch up.

As for me buying a Gen3, in time. If the price of forum topic admission is ownership, I will reach out for your expertise when I need some played-out Lambo doors. Truth be told, I have probably forgot more items about the Durango than you know in full. Just I am sure as you have related to me and Corvettes.

My delay on purchasing a new Durango is that I never buy the first year of any model release, and I don't need one when compared to my Durango currently. When my D gets admired at the production plant with it parked on display in the factory atrium right next to yet-to-be released Gen3s, I'm all good for now. Once you guys get to ferret out all of the initial Gen3 bugs, I'll be right there. In the mean time, here's your reward in a ferrot carrot

But then again I dont have time to mess with idiots like you who know it all anyways.

Idiots like me? Typical of guys like you that have to jump in and resort to personal attacks when they can't support their arguments. I am glad I recalled the stereo issue and how you got your feathers ruffled in the first place. Talk about shallow. And all this in a waxing thread no less, what a hijack.

When tough guys like you have come and gone, and in due time you will be lost to time and never heard of again, Idiots like me will still be here helping others with their Durangos.

Now just make sure you reply one more time so you can have the last word okay.
