Let me know what you figure out, I have the exact same issue with my '11 crew. All is good except streaming the audio.

 

On your 2011 crew, have you performed or had the Uconnect update done by the dealer? This update will help with the choppy sound of the streaming audio, however the bit pool on that year is still something that this supplier working with Chrysler about. They don't seem too interested in fixing the 2011 yet. What radio do you have? If it's the RES, REQ RHB or RBZ radio, PM me with an email address and I will send you the Uconnect update file. This is the same file that the dealer would use to update the 2011 Uconnect (Chrysler TSB # 08-036-11A, if you wanted the dealer to perform it for you instead).
