Default Snow in the forecast

There is finally some snow in the forecast for the area of VA that I'm in; they are calling for 1-3 inches. Hopefully it is measurable enough so I can get a baseline for how the D will perform in the snow should we actually have a decent winter here.

I'll let you know what happens and maybe even get some pics.

We had 3 snowstorms over a 6 day period producing over 10" of snow here in Colorado. The Durango was great for us. In fact, even with sub zero temps, I didn't feel her slip at all. I was pretty impressed with the AWD

But did you turn off the traction control? I love to find out how a vehicle actually behaves without all the nanny gizmos just in case they ever fail.

my biggest problem is i came from a ford edge to the durango so the weight difference i can feel when sliding a bit.

Well, we had a huge bunch of nothing in the way of snow. We were drowned like rats with rain.

We need to get some decent snowfall so I can safely engage the 4Low in the transfer case and tow a house or something.

None here in N. Utah....had light snow a week ago but didn't stick to the ground. Most of the snow are in higher elevation. Still waiting for a dump on so I can test the AWD capability of the D.
