Default Back seat TV

So over the weekend dodge replaced my radio 730 (RHR).Now for some reason I only get one channle in the front but all 3 channles still work in the back. I was on the phone with Sirius for over a hour and still can't seem to get it to work. Any ideas ??

Are the speakers even plugged back in? Is the new unit even working correctly? You won't know.

Take it back and make them fix it right. Have them change the oil for free while it is there to make up for wasting your time on a second visit. They obviously didn't check their handiwork before sending you on your way.

Dizney,

I agree with Indy's comments above. It would seem me that if you are getting all 3 channels in one location the Sirius signal is working. The dealer needs to hook it up right or get you one that works correctly. They should have checked it before they gave it back to you.

well it looks like the problem is with the new sid of the new radio. Sirius has to activate it with the old promo code so this way the free one year service is transferred to the new sid. Being the back tv never changed the services is still working there. After calling Dodge cares they are working to get tv, Travel link, and traffic service promo pushed to the new radio.

Out of curiosity why did they have to replace your radio?
