Thanks man, you too! 500 miles into it, smooth sailing. I was worried the R/T would be to stiff for a long ride, I am very pleased. Nice interstate runner.

Hope it works for you, so far so good for us, they also replaced the right rear on mine the first time. I finished the trip this morning with just over 5K miles on it and was just under 3K when they fixed it. So I have put a solid 2K miles on it with no issues. I hope it continues to do well. Let us know how yours turns out, sounds like it may be a bigger problem than just mine. Did you have the TSB done for the steering shaft? If so how long after that did you have the issues? Good luck man!

No other issues yet, only the abs error. Steering feels tight so far. But again only have driven about 200kms. It had 125km when I bought it. I agree I think this is a bigger issue with the Durango, regardless of this wife , kids and I love it!

Sure are a bunch of RTs with issues. Was quality control asleep on that model?

Like I have said before, my R/T has ZERO issues. You can't expect every model to be perfect and you only get to hear about the messed up ones and a few of the good one on a forum since thats the main reason why people join a forum.

Glad to see it worked, hope it remains that way, little over 3K on mine since the fix and still going strong!
