Default Will I be able to use my 730N navi in Germany?

I'm in the army so I currently live in Germany. I just ordered a 2012 R/T with all the extras and I was wondering if there was a way to get Europe maps on the navigation. My dealer is just a third party so he probably won't know. I could call or email Dodge but I figured I'd ask on here first.

bhall,

First, thank you for your service to our Country. 72E USA here 1985-1987.

In terms of the maps, I would think that there is support however I have not seen any EU settings or photos yet.

Here is the link to the German Dodge dealer locator:
http://www3.dodge.de/haendlersuche/

From there, find your closest actual factory rep source to your location in their Country and give them a call.

Let us know what you find.

HTH,

Thanks Indy. Well I called my dealer and a German dealer and the answer is no. You would have to put a German system in the car. I don't see the use of buying a Euro run system just for a few years. So anyone else stationed overseas beware if you pay for the Navi you won’t be able to use it until you get back to the states. It wouldn't have changed my mind even if I would have known that though because I wanted the camera and all the other features as well.

You can use a conversion service like Customtronix http://www.customtronix.com/.
Your RHR Media Center will converted to a european RHW so you can navigate in europe and you can use the european radio frequences.
