Default Citadel with Gremlins

Well I am 2k miles into 2011 Citadel and the Electron Gremlins are showing up everywhere.

Last night while it was sitting in the Garage the alarm went off and the vehicle was not even locked.

Today while at work the alarm did the same thing. This also happened a few weeks ago.

Next Gremlin, after performing remote start and upon entering the HEATED WHEEL, HEATED SEATS AND REAR DEFROSTER WERE all ON. This is not the first time for this as it has happened before with other systems coming on-line. Vehicle was not shutdown with any of these items being on.

I know as soon as I take it in the dealer will say CANNOT DUPLICATE.

I have many POST on here about this vehicle and I wish that SOMEBODY from DODGE CUSTOMER SERVICE would contact me. I think I have a LEMON.

I was suppose to take delivery of this vehicle just after Labor Day but issues upon inspection delayed P/U until end of September. Since then this vehicle has had numerous visits to the dealer for Ineterior Noises which are still there, Rear Suspension noises which is better that it was but still questionable and now the Electronic Gremlins.

The heated steering wheel, seats, and defroster come on when started if temp is under 40 but not sure about anything else...

I think there is a setting for determining whether any "comfort" features are turned on also when remote start is used.

Is this a feature under Remote Start? I have not seen this in a Normal Start.

it is in remote start, in the center screen when you go into comfort settings the Comfort setting is what turns this feature on.

I "believe" there is another setting that tells the car to save all it's settings per key or seat preset. Or not to do that.

When I set the car to my seat preset, the rear mirrors no longer tilt down in reverse and the radio has my stations. Then for my wife, the primary driver, it will switch to her settings when she drives.

Bumper,

If the dealership is not resolving your issues you can contact the Chrysler Customer Assistance Center directly at 800-992-1997 and they will get involved to help get these issues resolved. There is no way anyone from Chrysler will contact you based on a anonymous post but if you call them they will work with the dealer to get try and get your problems fixed.
