Horrible build quality, my front doors dont even line up with my rear doors, my steering wheel will not stop shaking and my seat belt alarm rings when nobody is sitting in the passenger seat. I have to drive around with the seat belt buckled on the passenger seat to stop the ringing. Very dissapointed in this vehicle.

It's all a result of union labor. There is not a thing that can be done about it and they know it, so what you end up with is something way less than what you pay for.

You always going to have a couple that suck, thats what they came out with a thing called test drive. Always go at least 15 miles get it up to 80MPH

I have an update on my 2012 Durango citadel. Mine does have a defective heater core. I wish it was a hose problem. So the dash is coming out. I would advise anyone buying a new Durango to test it about 15 minutes then look under the inside area of the left front tire and look for a wet oily spot on the ground.

I did test drive it. The bad part is I bought it when it was raining. I am very mechanical inclined. I been running an automotive store for 17 years. Just a defective part. I see this all the time in my field

It's got to be one of the most frustrating things in the world to buy a new car and have problems right from the start. I hope these get solved completely.

Only issue I had was the front door was lined up correctly with rear door. Dealer adjusted. No other issues. Feel bad for you guys. There needs to be better QC at the factory.

Update on my 2012.it was the heater core and everything went good on removing the dash. We had it back now 7 days with no problem until today when my wife came home after shopping at Walmart and when backing into the Driveway it died and won't restart at all.Had to release the transmission button below the cup holder to get into neutral to push it in the driveway. Pretty sad you spend 45k and this pos will be towed back into the dealer in the morning. From reading up on this there seems to be a lot of problems with the new Durango. First Dodge I have ever owned and will be the last
