I was washing the new D and noticed a scratch or what I thought was a scratch.
I had the oil changed for the first time two days ago and it appears the 2011 hood may be sensitive to putting to much weight on the hood if closed to hard. I took it back to the service dealer and they are going to fix it but I was pissed.

 

That sucks big time. I did noticed the hood does flex a bit when I was washing mine the other day.
I had an oil change done recently and when I jumped in the car it was full of oil. I was pissed! They cleaned it up but it just shouldn't happen. When I got home I checked under the hood and found they had spilt oil over the engine cover. It doesnt fill me with confidence when you find that. I wonder if it's a common problem and not many people care enough to notice.

 

That's garbage. Have them fix it and never go back.
